These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoPsyops ("Service"), operated by Postdigitalist. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NoPsyops. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf. Notify us immediately at hello@postdigitalist.xyz if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NoPsyops only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the Service's underlying models, prompts, or data at scale.
• Use the Service to generate, spread, or amplify disinformation or actual psychological operations targeting real individuals or groups.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or membership tiers through any means.
• Submit personal data of third parties without a lawful basis for doing so.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service. Public reports are visible to all users — choose the visibility setting that reflects your intent before submitting.

Do not submit content containing sensitive personal data (health records, financial data, government IDs, etc.). We are not a suitable processor for such data.

5. AI-Generated Analysis

Analysis produced by NoPsyops is generated by AI models and is provided for informational and research purposes only. It does not constitute legal, journalistic, intelligence, or professional advice. Results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon the analysis.

6. Membership Tiers & Payments

NoPsyops offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid features are described on the Service. Fees are charged at the rates displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify tier features or pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the NoPsyops name, logo, interface, and underlying software are owned by Postdigitalist. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POSTDIGITALIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF €50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postdigitalist and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access would pose a risk to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which Postdigitalist is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
